We source these coffee beans from the Meseta de Popayán, the high plateau in Cauca in southern Colombia. Grown between 1,800 and 2,000 metres, it is an area renowned for producing coffee that is highly complex, floral, and aromatic. Full Bodied & Rich, roasted using our advanced infrared process, we achieve a full and clean flavour profile with low acidity — ensuring a consistently exceptional cup, every single time.
