The fine print (there isn't much)
Two things qualify you for an office account: an ABN, and at least 5kg every 4 weeks. That's the whole list.

Not sure how much you need?
Rough guide: about 100g per person per week. Most offices land somewhere here. Smaller teams are welcome — 5kg every 4 weeks is our minimum order.

We'll help you dial it in after the first delivery. Most offices adjust once, then never think about it again.
The coffee
Your account covers the whole range — blends, single origins and Nespresso-compatible pods. Whole bean, or ground to your machine. Tell us the machine once and we'll set the grind on every order after that.
Questions, answered
We've got a pod machine, not an espresso setup.
No problem. Nespresso-compatible pods sit on the same account, the same pricing and the same delivery. Plenty of offices order both — pods at the desks, beans for the good machine in the kitchen.
Can you grind it for our machine?
Yes. Tell us the machine when you apply and we'll set the grind once — espresso, stovetop, plunger, filter, AeroPress or cold brew. Every order after that just turns up right. If you're not sure, we'll work it out with you.
How does the pricing work?
Once you're approved, your office rate is set and applies to everything you order. It's better than the shop price and better than the subscription discount. We'll confirm your exact rate when we come back to you.
What if we get the quantity wrong?
Then we change it. Tell us roughly what you think you'll get through and we'll start there — after the first delivery or two you'll know whether it's too much or not enough, and we'll adjust it up or down. It takes one message and there's no charge for changing your mind.
What if we're closed over Christmas?
Reply to any email from us and we'll pause you. No forms, no notice period, no charge. Same goes for skipping a delivery or pushing one back a week.
How fast is delivery?
Canberra deliveries land within a few days, and we'll agree a regular day so nobody's ever guessing. Interstate takes a little longer. Delivery is free on every office order.
Do we have to commit to anything?
No contract, no minimum term and no lock-in. Change your volume, change your beans, or stop altogether whenever you like. The only rule is the 5kg minimum every 4 weeks.
Can we order less than 5kg?
Absolutely — just order from the shop at normal prices, or subscribe and save 10%. The office rate starts at 5kg every 4 weeks.
