Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from lonsdalestreetroasters.com. The site is operated by Lonsdale Coffee Group Pty Ltd (ABN 32 165 454 197), 1 Dairy Road, Building 2, Unit 5, Fyshwick ACT 2609.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you in full. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency you choose until you cancel. You can pause, skip, reschedule, change or cancel at any time from your account, and changes made before your next billing date apply to that delivery. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no notice period. We will email you before each renewal. If a payment fails we will retry and let you know.

A free bag of LSR coffee comes with the second delivery on a new subscription, matched to the largest bag on the subscription. A subscription to pods receives a free box of pods instead. One per customer.

Our products

Coffee is roasted to order and is a fresh food product. Images are indicative; harvest, season and roast date mean flavour varies between batches, which is the nature of specialty coffee.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our refund policy for how to make a claim.
