We source these coffee beans from the more Southern areas of Colombia Huila, Tolima, Cauca & Nari’o. These regions typically produce coffee that is highly complex, floral & aromatic. When these coffee beans are roasted using our infrared process, they produce a full & clean flavour with low acidity.
