Shipping policy

We roast in Fyshwick, Canberra and post Australia-wide with Australia Post.

Rates

• Flat rate $7.75 anywhere in Australia.
• Free shipping on orders over $70.

Dispatch and delivery

Coffee is roasted to order. Orders are dispatched within one business day. Most orders arrive 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.

You will receive an order confirmation by email at checkout, and a second email with tracking once Australia Post collects your parcel.

Authority to Leave

Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. If there is a safe place at your address your order will be left there; if not, Australia Post will card the parcel and hold it at your nearest post office. If you would rather your order was never left unattended, tell us in the order notes at checkout.

Problems

If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email sales@lonsdalestreetroasters.com with your order number and we will chase it with Australia Post.
